What does it mean that AGAP provides “made to measure” services?
Standard service rarely corresponds to the real needs of the customer. AGAP staff together with the customer determine the actual client expectations for consignments. On this basis, the individual is offered a “made to measure” offer, which includes aunique set of activities and courier solutions. This means that each order will be processed in the most economical way and according to the customer’s needs.

What is a bill of lading/waybill?
A waybill is a document that describes the load (weight, size, value, content) and identifies the recipient, the sender and the payer; always printed and supplied by AGAP.

What are the possibilities to establish the date and place of receipt of a shipment?
AGAP always strives to provide clients with the services most suitable to their needs and preferences. Bearing in mind the needs of customers and operational capabilities, AGAP staff always offer the most favorable terms for shipments and, together with the customer, determines the location of their receipt. In determining the location of receipt, the only limitation is the availability of a courier.

I am a customer. Can I collect the shipment from the sender?
Yes, our client is the party placing the order. We carry out orders made by the sender or the recipient, or by a third party interested in a shipment delivery from the sender to the recipient.

My office is located in Warsaw. Can I order a city service in Krakow?
Yes, of course. The order may be placed at our main office or at local level.

In Warsaw I use the urban parcels system. Can I order an international service in Poznan?
